Who operates this site
OpenAgent.bot operates this creative-tool comparison service and the Moai product website. For privacy questions and access, correction or deletion requests, contact boyangxie.work@gmail.com, the operator’s existing public feedback address. The planned privacy@openagent.bot mailbox is not active yet. You can include the browser reference shown in Data choices if you wish; do not send passwords or payment details.
Calculations stay on your device
The comparison and calculator read a public price catalog and run in your browser. We do not receive your prompts, searches or exact calculator entries. Selected tools and plans can appear in a comparison link so you can share it. Anyone receiving that link can see those selections. Query parameters are removed from our application analytics; hosting request logs may include request URLs.
Optional usage analytics
Analytics are off until you choose Allow analytics. We use consent to process page paths, clicked destinations, a random browser ID, session ID, broad device/browser type, coarse country, referrer origin and a limited campaign source. Calculator events can include a scenario category, catalog version, budget rounded up to a $10 band, up to two recommended providers and optional yes/no feedback. Pack comparison events can contain the two or three selected tool IDs and catalog version; they do not contain your chosen plan, output settings or share-link query. Events are separated by the service host (OpenAgent or Moai). On Moai, consented statistics may also indicate that an access application was started or submitted successfully, without its form contents. These are interest signals, not evidence of purchases or actual credit usage.
We do not use advertising trackers, fingerprinting or session replay. We do not sell individual behavior, competitor-specific behavior feeds or raw analytics. Sponsor payments cannot change price evidence or ranking. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional analytics.
Browser storage and retention
A necessary preference cookie and local preference record remember your choice for up to 180 days; this preference is not an analytics ID. If you opt in, a random browser ID rotates after 30 days and a session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Raw analytics are targeted for deletion after 30 days once daily summaries are complete. Deletion runs in bounded hourly batches, so processing backlogs can delay it. Internal daily summaries are retained for up to 365 days. IDs are pseudonymous, not claimed to be anonymous.
Data choices is available in the footer. Turning analytics off clears this browser’s analytics IDs and stops further collection. Prior records are handled through the retention process or a privacy request. Clearing cookies or using another device can require a new choice.
Hosting and communications
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and database services. Network delivery and abuse prevention involve technical information including IP addresses; our application analytics does not store the raw IP address. Sampled operational request logs are separate from optional analytics. The current privacy contact uses the operator’s Google-hosted mailbox. Cloudflare Email Routing for privacy@openagent.bot is prepared but not enabled. Service providers may process data internationally; their terms and applicable safeguards need to be considered for the operator’s location and visitors.
Moai is a separate service
The comparison site does not ask for an email or use waitlist details in recommendations. Moai, hosted at moai.openagent.bot, has a separate waitlist in shared infrastructure. Optional Moai analytics use their own consent choice and the same controls and retention rules described here. We do not copy application email, work, role or tool details into traffic events or join application records with browser IDs. Actual application counts are displayed separately from consented visit samples. This notice does not enroll you in that waitlist or authorize marketing. Its submissions and communications require their own service-specific notice and retention review.
Public price evidence
We record factual prices, plan conditions, source links, observation times and review dates. Source permission and automated-access checks are reviewed separately. Evidence snapshots are private; we do not republish entire source pages. Failed or unchanged checks do not count as a new verified price.
Your rights and updates
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may need proportionate information to locate a record or verify a request. Material changes to optional analytics purposes require a new choice.
